Job Description
- PAY
STRUCTURE
(Performance-Based Growth) $18.25/hr starting pay Begin here while learning our systems, building speed, and mastering quality.- Top performers can move from starting pay to lead position within weeks — not months. $19.25/hr
- Lead Cleaner (typically within 2-4 weeks) Team members who demonstrate reliability, efficiency, and leadership advance quickly. $20.25/hr
- Trainer Level Top performers who lead jobs and help train new hires earn at this level.
OVERTIME IS COMMON

THE WORK
We are a local, growing company in the Willamette Valley specializing in high-quality cleaning of unoccupied homes and apartments . This is detail-oriented work — we don't rush jobs, we do them right. You'll be trained in the Universal Shine standard , which sets us apart and keeps our customers coming back.- -SCHEDULE Monday-Friday position Occasional Saturdays ( 3-5 per year ) Typical hours: 8:30 AM
- 5:00/6:00 PM During busy season, days may run longer
- Flexibility with end times is required
- Overtime is likely

We're looking for individuals who are: Dependable Trustworthy Detail-oriented Self-motivated Team-oriented Professional in attitude and appearance- -REQUIREMENTS Valid driver's license Clean driving record (last 3 years)
