In a fast-paced Korean BBQ restaurant, you'll play an essential role by ensuring dishes, cookware, and grill equipment are cleaned and ready for service. Responsibilities Wash, sanitize, and organize all dishes, glassware, utensils, tongs, scissors, and cookware Clean and sanitize grill grates throughout and after service Keep the dishwashing area clean, organized, and operating efficiently Take out kitchen trash and replace trash liners as needed Assist the kitchen team with basic cleaning and support tasks Complete the kitchen closing and cleaning checklist at the end of each shift Qualifications Reliable, hardworking, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working in a hot and wet kitchen Previous Korean BBQ restaurant experience is a plus, but not required Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Available to work weekends and flexible shifts
