Responsibilities:

Dishwashing:

Operate commercial dishwashing equipment to efficiently clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and other kitchen utensils used in food preparation and service.

Kitchen Support:

Assist kitchen staff in maintaining a clean and organized workspace by emptying trash bins, sweeping and mopping floors, wiping down countertops, and ensuring proper storage of clean dishes and equipment.

Utensil Polishing:

Ensure that all dishes, glasses, and silverware are polished to a high standard before they are returned to service, paying attention to detail and presentation. Assistance with

Food Prep:

Provide support to the culinary team as needed, including basic food preparation tasks such as washing and chopping vegetables, portioning ingredients, and assembling mise en place.

Compliance:

Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines, including proper handling of chemicals and cleaning agents, to maintain a clean and safe working environment for yourself and others.

Team Collaboration:

Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant and timely service to guests, communicating any issues or concerns to management as necessary.

Requirements:

Must have OPEN AVAILABILITY, including but not limited to AM/PM and/or weekends.

Reliability:

Dependable and punctual, with the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the needs of the restaurant.

Physical Stamina:

Capable of standing for extended periods, lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds), and performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Attention to
