OVERVIEW

The Dishwasher maintains all assigned areas in a manner that represents cleanliness, order, and sanitation.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Wash and store dishes, pots, and pans Maintain cleanliness of all dishwashing areas Sweep the kitchen floor after each meal Sweep and mop dining room floor Empty trash Mop the kitch floor after final meal Prepare clean up pans, cleaning cloths, and spatulas for each table Other related duties as required

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or equivalent (required)

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Team player Great communication skills

EQUIPMENT USED

Modern Office Equipment and Relevant Software Relevant cleaning equipment Relevant kitchen equipment

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
