What You'll Do Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, cookware, and utensils according to the chef's specifications and food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, including floors, equipment, and work surfaces throughout each shift. Clean bathrooms and common areas of the facility as assigned. Empty and manage trash and recyclables in a timely manner. Keep the workspace organized and well-stocked to support the kitchen team. Work safely, efficiently, and cleanly at all times, following all workplace safety procedures. Assist with other kitchen support duties as directed by the chef or kitchen manager. What We're Looking For Dependable and punctual — reliability is the most important quality for this role. Positive attitude and drama-free approach; a genuine team player who supports everyone around them. Sense of urgency — able to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Ability to take and follow directions from kitchen staff and supervisors. Good organizational, listening, and time management skills. Flexible availability, including occasional evenings and weekends especially during busy season. Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain on your feet for extended periods. Reliable transportation to and from work. Experience in a full-service restaurant or catering environment preferred — but not required. We will train the right person.
