Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

includes the following. Other duties may be assigned. Scrapes food from dirty dishes and rinses them with water, places them in racks to dishwashing machine. Sends glasses and silverware through dish machine. Washes pots, pans, and trays rinsing three compartments, soap, rinse and sanitize. Sweeps and mops kitchen floors. Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks. Removes trash and garbage and places it in designated containers. Hoses out garbage cans. Sorts bottles into designated rubbish cans. Polishes silver using burnishing machine tumbler, cheruical dip, and hand cloth. Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas. Washes and peels vegetables.
