YOU:

As a valued member of the kitchen team, you are expected to provide excellent service to both internal and external guests, maintaining a professional and helpful attitude at all times. Your responsibilities include scraping and cleaning dishes, silverware, and glassware by hand or using an automatic dishwasher, as well as washing pots, pans, and trays. You will also be tasked with sweeping and mopping kitchen floors, removing all trash from kitchen areas, and ensuring the dish room is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. Additional reasonable duties may be assigned to support the overall cleanliness and efficiency of the kitchen.

Experience YOU will need:

High School/ GED preferred 3-6 months experience preferred Bi-lingual is a plus

Physical Requirements:

Carry and balance trays of beverages Lift up to 25 - 30 lbs Stand for long periods Navigate crowded spaces Flexibility in bending and reaching Adaptability to casino conditions, including: Bright lights

Noise Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
