Osteria Amici Dishwasher Position Join the best culinary team in the region! Navarre Hospitality Group is a locally owned, premier restaurant group with nearly 40 years of hospitality excellence. We are proud to introduce Osteria Amici, a premier upscale Italian dining destination in South Bend's Eddy Street Commons. At Osteria Amici, we believe exceptional dining experiences begin behind the scenes. We are seeking hardworking, dependable Dishwashers who take pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. This position is essential to the success of our culinary team and overall guest experience. What You'll Do Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish area. Assist with kitchen cleaning tasks, including floors, trash removal, and equipment cleaning. Ensure all sanitation and food safety standards are followed. Support kitchen operations by keeping clean supplies readily available for service. Work closely with the culinary team to maintain a smooth and efficient operation. What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and positive attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to help wherever needed. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
