Job Description

The Lodge at Mammoth Cave (MCNP

ONP, LLC

) operates a variety of Food Services, Retail, Lodging and Bus Transportation within the beautiful National Park! If you are looking for a unique place to work and have a passion for providing customer service, this is the spot for you this summer!

Responsibilities:

Clean, sanitize and store items appropriately Complete daily and weekly cleaning assignments Organize items as they are cleaned, restock areas where items are stored Follow all procedures outlined for health and safety in accordance with company policies and follow proper use and storage of chemicals used to clean kitchen items.

Position Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. frequently and handle tasks involving bending, twisting and squatting Dexterity in using kitchen equipment or utensils and carrying heavy trays Majority of shift will be spent on feet in a fast-paced environment, in close proximity to other people All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or protected veteran status.
