Summary As a Dishwasher, you will be an essential part of our kitchen team, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are cleaned and sanitized efficiently. Your core skills in bussing will support the smooth operation of food service. By maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization, you will contribute to a positive dining experience for our guests and support the overall success of our culinary operations. Qualifications Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation practices (Will also be trained) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Previous dishwashing experience is a plus Strong teamwork and communication skills Understanding of food service protocols and safety standards Responsibilities Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards. Assist in food preparation and ensure proper food handling techniques are followed. Support staff by bussing tables and cleaning dining areas. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to sanitation guidelines. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations. This job is seasonal with the potential of work in the off season due to summer being our busiest time of year and less business between October-April . Ideal for students who have more time in the summer but less doing the school year! Starting pay is Maine minimum wage + CASH tips every shift!
