This position plays an important role in keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and running smoothly throughout service. Responsibilities Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment Keep the dish area clean, organized, and stocked Return clean dishes and equipment to the proper areas Maintain clean floors, work surfaces, and kitchen areas Empty trash and recycling as needed Follow proper sanitation and food safety procedures Assist with basic kitchen prep and cleaning when needed Help with opening and closing cleaning duties Work with the kitchen team to keep service running efficiently Qualifications Restaurant or dishwashing experience is helpful but not required Dependable and punctual Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting kitchen equipment, dish racks, and supplies Able to work well as part of a team Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed We're looking for someone with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude who takes pride in keeping things clean and organized!
