Duties Clear and reset tables efficiently, ensuring a clean and inviting dining area for each guest Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment using proper sanitation techniques Assist servers by bussing tables, delivering items, and supporting food service as needed Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of trays, supplies, and dishware following safe lifting practices Maintain cleanliness in all food prep and service areas in compliance with sanitation standards Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and address any immediate needs Support catering events or special functions by setting up tables and assisting with food presentation Requirements Prior experience in food service or restaurant environment is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is key Strong understanding of sanitation and hygiene practices within the food industry Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and prolonged standing Excellent communication skills to work seamlessly with team members and serve customers effectively Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper table setting techniques is a plus Enthusiastic attitude with a focus on customer service excellence in a fast-paced setting Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as required And duties as assigned Join us to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences!
