Dishwasher/Busser

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher/Busser to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. • Efficiently wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and storage areas.
• Assist in bussing tables by clearing dishes, utensils, and debris promptly to ensure a tidy dining environment.
• Support kitchen staff by preparing ingredients and assisting with food handling as needed.
• Help set up for banquets or special events by arranging tables and chairs according to specifications.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Experience
• Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel setting is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with food handling practices is beneficial for maintaining health standards.
• Experience in bussing or kitchen roles will be considered an asset.
• A strong work ethic with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment is essential.
• Excellent teamwork skills and a positive attitude towards helping others are crucial for success in this role.
