: Dining Services Join us as we create memorable dining experiences through teamwork and dedication! SUMMARY We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our culinary team. The Dishwasher plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen and dining areas. This position is essential for ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized, allowing our chefs and staff to focus on delivering exceptional dining experiences. Ideal candidates will have a passion for food and hospitality, with a willingness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and ensure that all equipment is in good working condition. Assist in the organization of clean dishes and kitchen supplies for easy access by kitchen staff. Help with food prep tasks as needed, including bussing tables and assisting during catering events or banquets. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Support the culinary team by helping with various tasks as required in a fast-paced setting.

EXPERIENCE

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food handling practices is a plus. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work well under pressure. A willingness to learn about culinary operations and contribute positively to the team atmosphere is highly valued.

EDUCATION

High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Must be a minimum of sixteen (16) years of age. Prior kitchen sanitation experience is helpful but not required.
