Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen and dining areas, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service. Duties Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans to maintain cleanliness standards. Assist in food preparation as needed, ensuring that all food handling guidelines are followed. Help maintain the overall cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas by regularly cleaning surfaces and equipment. Bus tables promptly after guests leave, clearing away dishes and resetting tables for the next guests. Support kitchen staff by providing assistance during peak hours, including helping cooks with basic tasks. Ensure that all waste is disposed of properly and that recycling practices are followed. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during service. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food handling and preparation techniques is a plus. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards helping others in the kitchen and dining areas. Willingness to learn and adapt to various tasks as needed within the restaurant setting.
