Line Cooks Food Preparation and Cooking :

Prepare ingredients, cook dishes according to recipes, and assemble menu items at assigned stations such as grill, sauté, or fry stations

Station Setup and Inventory :

Ensure the prep station is stocked with ingredients, utensils, and equipment before service begins

Sanitation and Safety :

Maintain cleanliness of work areas, follow food safety protocols, and handle equipment safely

Job Descriptions, Resumes, and Career Resources Quality Control :

Monitor food quality, taste, and presentation to meet restaurant standards
