The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our dining area is clean, organized, and welcoming for our guests. As a Busser, you will support the waitstaff by assisting with table maintenance and providing excellent customer service to enhance the overall dining experience. Duties Clear and clean tables promptly after guests leave to prepare for the next patrons. Assist servers by refilling drinks, bringing out food, and ensuring that all customer needs are met. Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including floors and restrooms, to ensure a pleasant atmosphere for guests. Help set up and break down dining areas for special events or large parties. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and waitstaff to ensure timely service and address any guest concerns. Follow all food handling and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel setting is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of food handling practices is a plus. A positive attitude and willingness to help others are essential traits for success in this role. Must be able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving items as needed.
