Overview We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher/Food Prep team member to join our dynamic culinary environment. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, organized kitchen while supporting food preparation and service operations. Ideal candidates will have a passion for hospitality, food safety, and teamwork, contributing to an efficient and welcoming dining experience for guests. Duties Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, pots, and pans to ensure cleanliness standards are met Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning items Support catering and banquet setups by preparing ingredients and maintaining service stations Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, equipment, and storage areas to uphold health and safety regulations Assist with bussing tables and clearing dining areas during service Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality of all food items Support the overall cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas throughout shifts Skills Experience in food service environments such as restaurants, hotels, or catering is preferred Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices Ability to perform basic food preparation tasks efficiently and safely Familiarity with cleaning procedures for kitchen equipment and dining areas Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards assisting colleagues during busy periods Previous experience in banquet service, culinary roles, or hospitality settings is a plus Ability to work in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail Flexibility to adapt to various tasks within the kitchen and dining operations This position offers an opportunity to develop culinary skills within a professional setting while contributing to a positive guest experience.
