Responsibilities Thoroughly wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, pots, pans, and utensils used in food preparation and service Assist with bussing tables and clearing plates during busy service hours to support smooth operations Support food preparation tasks as needed, including basic ingredient handling and station setup Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, workstations, and dishwashing areas to meet health and safety standards Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of clean dishes for service needs Assist with catering events or banquet setups by providing clean tableware and assisting with light cleaning duties Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold hygiene standards at all times Qualifications Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key! Knowledge of food service operations, including bussing, food handling, and basic kitchen processes Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and efficiency Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and safety protocols in a fast-paced environment Experience with food preparation or banquet service is a plus but not mandatory A positive attitude with excellent teamwork skills to support culinary staff and fellow team members Embark on a rewarding journey in the hospitality industry by applying your energy and attention to detail as a Dishwasher.
