Summary:
Dishwashers are responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation standards throughout the kitchen and dining areas. Dishwashers will operate and sanitize dishwashing equipment, wash cookware, utensils, and tableware by hand or machine, and ensure proper storage and organization of kitchen tools. Dishwashers assist in maintaining an outstanding food facility appearance by providing reliable support to kitchen and front-of-house Team Members, keeping workstations clear, and disposing of trash and recyclables promptly. This may also include stepping into roles normally handled by kitchen or front-of-house Team Members, such as food prep and assisting customers. A Dishwasher is expected to adhere strictly to food safety regulations, cleanliness guidelines, and safety practices while working with urgency in a fast-paced environment.
