The Role:

Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, flatware, and cookware efficiently and thoroughlyMaintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing station and surrounding areasEnsure all items meet health and safety standardsWork collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to keep operations running smoothlyHandle equipment responsibly and report any maintenance issues
