Job Summary We are looking for a reliable and energetic Dishwasher/Food Prep team member to join our vibrant hospitality crew. In this role, you'll be a key player in keeping our kitchen running smoothly by ensuring dishes are spotless, food prep areas are clean, and basic food handling tasks are completed efficiently. Responsibilities Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment promptly to maintain cleanliness and availability for staff. Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning to support chefs and kitchen staff. Help with general cleaning duties including sanitizing workstations, floors, and storage areas to ensure health standards are met. Support catering events and banquet setups by organizing supplies and assisting with food service as needed. Follow proper food handling procedures to maintain safety and hygiene standards across all kitchen activities. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely food prep and service during busy hours. Maintain organized storage of supplies and ingredients for efficient kitchen operations. Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is key. Knowledge of basic cleaning practices and food safety regulations. Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail when handling dishes, cleaning tasks, or food prep activities. Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Experience with catering, banquet service, or hotel kitchens is advantageous but not mandatory. Enthusiasm for working in a lively hospitality setting while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
