Full-time About Us:
O'Malley Sports Center is a community-focused facility offering a variety of recreational sports and activities for all ages. We're looking for a motivated and reliable Recreational Sports Attendant to help us provide an excellent experience for our guests.
Position Overview:
As a Recreational Sports Attendant, you'll be responsible for overseeing facility operations, ensuring safety, assisting with sports activities, and providing top-notch customer service. You'll also perform light janitorial duties and help with special events, ensuring the facility remains clean and welcoming.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise facility use, ensuring a safe and clean environment. Assist with sports activities and special events. Enforce safety rules and ensure proper equipment use. Provide customer service, answer questions, and resolve issues. Perform light janitorial duties and handle administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience in a sports, recreational, or customer service setting preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. CPR and First Aid certification preferred or must be obtained within 60 days. Availability for both morning and evening shifts, including weekends.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stay active for extended periods.
