Esplanade at Azario Lakewood Ranch , located in Bradenton, FL, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Pool Attendant! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‑paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you'll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.
Compensation:
$16 per hour Maintains cleanliness of facility operations according to established daily maintenance procedures. Maintains understanding of operating procedures for pool. Completes checklist for opening, closing, and daily procedures. Takes direction from Pool Supervisor. Assists in the implementation of special events. Provides safe environment within facilities and activities. Processes recreation reservations as needed. Setting up furniture and pool umbrellas. Incorporates safe work practices in job performance. Checking in Members to the pool area and general cleaning duties. Regular and reliable attendance. Performs other duties as required. Possess a high level of energy, initiative, enthusiasm, cooperation, and exercise good judgment and discretion. Must have the ability to perform moderate physical work and may be required to lift to 50 lbs., up to 30 lbs. frequently, and up to 20 lbs. constantly. Perform activities such as bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, lifting, and grasping for up to 5 hours without sitting. Works indoors and outdoors. This is a weekend position. Saturday 8-6 and Sunday 11-5. Minimum Qualifications for the
Pool Attendant:
No prior experience or training
