High School Diploma; or work related experience in customer service or golf Private Club Experience Strong in Hospitality Self-Motivated and goal oriented
Essential Responsibilities:
( not all listed ): Assist with the overall upkeep of cart storage and cart staging area. Responsible for learning all aspects of the outside service requirements and procedures. Assist in the setup and execution of golf tournaments and outings. Provide exceptional 5-star service to Members and Guests Works with Golf Shop staff to facilitate orderly start of play and great member/guest experience. Handles member/guest problems in the appropriate manner. Constantly projects a friendly, helpful attitude to all members/guests. Educate members and guests regarding course policies on the first tee. Monitor and manage golfers on speed of play Prepare golf carts for play following the standards set by the Head Golf Professional Range maintenance: present practice facility with practice balls and maintain the cleanliness and ball inventory over course of the day. Always maintains a professional conduct and dress. Perform all other duties as assigned
