Preferred Qualifications Job Duties Under the supervision of program director and graduate assistants, student mentors will lead small groups of high school students through their schedule of camp activities and ensure that lights out and quiet hours are followed in dormitories. Small groups will focus on dance, sports, and art, so mentors must be able to work both outdoors and indoors in the summer. Mentors will be provided with housing in dorms and all meals during camp in addition to stipend. Working Conditions and Physical Effort Able to work outdoors without air conditioning.
