WHAT YOU WILL DO EVERYTHING!
As the LiftHaus Gym Manager, you will be running the show for day to day operations. Your job is to make sure the gym, and your team, succeed. Which means your job is…..WHATever it takes! No matter WHAT it takes! Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to: Leading, training, scheduling, and motivating the LiftHaus team Creating an energetic, welcoming, and professional gym environment Learning members' names and building real relationships (VERY

) Ensuring every member feels noticed, appreciated, and supported Overseeing membership sales, tours, follow-up, and lead conversion Maintaining extremely high cleanliness and presentation standards Making sure equipment and facility issues are identified and handled quickly Helping organize events, challenges, launches, and community activities Managing staff accountability and performance Resolving member questions and concerns professionally Monitoring key performance metrics and helping the gym grow Working directly with ownership to improve operations Protecting and strengthening the LiftHaus brand and culture Helping fix/move equipment when necessary.
