Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager/Sales professional to join our dynamic pool company team. In this role, you will assist in managing pool installation projects from inception to completion while actively engaging with clients to promote our services. Responsibilities Support project planning by coordinating schedules, resources, and timelines using construction management software such as Primavera P6 and HeavyBid. Assist in managing complex infrastructure projects related to pool installations, ensuring adherence to construction schedules and budgets. Read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to facilitate accurate project execution and communication with teams. Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer needs, prepare estimates using construction estimating techniques, and promote our pool services effectively. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and smooth project progression. Monitor construction site activities for regulatory compliance, safety standards, and quality control measures. Maintain detailed project documentation including contracts, change orders, cost management records, and progress reports. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring effective time management and team coordination. Requirements Proven experience in construction management or related field with a focus on pool or infrastructure projects. Experience with construction estimating, cost management, and contract reading is highly desirable. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately. Demonstrated ability to manage teams in a construction management role, overseeing project schedules and site activities. Knowledge of construction regulatory compliance standards and safety protocols. Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
