Monday-Friday:
- work an 8-hour shift between the hours of 6:00am-6:00pm
Saturday:
- 10:00am-3:00pm _(approximately 1 time per month)_

Key Accountabilities:
- + Assist with management and supervision of Aquatic Staff (Lifeguards & Swim Instructors).
Including:
recruiting, training, and scheduling. + Serves as a representative for the Aquatic Program, managing phone calls, answering patron questions, facilitating user groups and directing patrons to appropriate staff. + Interprets and assists in the enforcement of policies and procedures of the Aquatic Department. + Develop and implement Learn to Swim, water safety, and aquatic health programs and activities. + Instruct Swim Lessons. + Act as Lifeguard and Facility Supervisor as needed. + Assist with facility maintenance and cleaning. + Assists aquatic management with current projects. + Other duties as needed/assigned.Minimum Requirements:
- + Associate degree or higher.
CPR/AED/FA.
+ American Red Cross Water Safety Instructor Certification. + A minimum of 2 years of experience in Aquatics, preferably in some type of leadership capacity. + Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills. + Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience developing, implementing and managing community activities and events.Preferred:
- + American Red Cross Lifeguard Instructor (LGI) certification.
