We live by our core values and we are looking for a full time Events Manager to join our amazing team. Essential Functions Responsible for the promotion, sale and execution of company events. Actively create new business. Respond to all event inquiries in a timely (within 48 hours) and professional manner. Communicate and coordinate with Event Host and/or Point of Contact for all event related issues. Collect, communicate, coordinate, execute and reconcile all business and financial information (BEOs, invoices, licenses, registrations, payment, etc.). Provide an informational bridge between Events, Marketing, Brand Management, Operations, and Brewery. Update event database(s) with material details promptly after details of event are finalized. Communicate, coordinate, execute and clean up company-wide events, initiatives, celebrations, promotions, and special programming. Coordinate with management, kitchen and service teams to execute each event flawlessly. Prepare each event to be thoroughly and hospitably communicated, confirmed, set up, greeted, managed, broken down and cleaned. Attend events to host the party, facilitate/coordinate successful operations, support the team, manage the event and serve as point-person for impromptu troubleshooting during events. Safeguard and store all event equipment and supplies in their designated and proper locations. Coordinate breaking down, cleaning and setting up of the space for normal operations. Prospect corporate and community groups. Attend expos, networking events, trade shows, conventions, hotels, etc. to develop professional relationships and intimate understandings of our industry. Recruit and train team members to support successful event operations. Actively evaluate and adjust menus, offerings, packages, pricing and recipes to improve profitability. Benefits Amazing team. Bonus based on sales. Qualification Standards Proficiently manages tracking, recording, analyzing, interpreting and reporting fast-moving data. Working knowledge of computer software systems utilized to create, edit, report and track data. Lifts and carries up to 70lbs, up to 20 times per shift. Frequent bending, carrying, lifting and stooping. Works/stands 100% of shift. Able to communicate with manager and team members to ensure guest satisfaction. Work a variable and flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays. Work with flames, chemical cleaners, sharp knives and utensils. Operate blenders, chafing dishes, dishwashers, slicers and other kitchen machinery. Ability to speak, read, and write English with the ability to speak and understand Spanish a bonus!
