Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and organized Entry Level Event Coordinator to support promotional events, customer engagement activities, and brand representation initiatives. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating activities, working with people, and gaining hands-on experience in event operations, customer engagement, and sales support. Responsibilities Assist with coordinating promotional events and community activities. Welcome attendees and provide a friendly, professional experience. Engage with customers and prospective customers during events. Present products and services clearly and professionally. Identify customer needs and help recommend appropriate solutions. Support lead generation and customer acquisition activities. Assist with event setup, organization, and breakdown. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional event environment. Build positive relationships with customers and event attendees. Support follow-up activities with prospective customers. Communicate event feedback and customer observations to team members. Collaborate with the event team to support successful event execution. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Friendly, energetic, and professional demeanor. Comfortable interacting with customers and the public. Strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. Previous event, customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or promotional experience is a plus but not required.
