Job Description

Are you energetic, organized, and interested in building a career in event marketing, community engagement, promotions, and communications? Our growing event marketing and fundraising firm is hiring Entry Level Events Assistants to support live events, nonprofit campaigns, and community outreach initiatives. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with people, developing professional skills, and gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced team environment. No previous event, marketing, or fundraising experience is required. We provide paid training, mentorship, and ongoing support to help you develop the skills needed to succeed.
Responsibilities:
Assist with planning, coordinating, and executing community events and promotional campaigns Support event setup, breakdown, and daily event operations Represent nonprofit partners and community organizations in a professional manner Engage with attendees, answer questions, and provide a positive event experience Help increase awareness of community programs and fundraising initiatives Assist with outreach activities and campaign goals Collaborate with team members to ensure successful event execution Participate in professional development and training sessions
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Comfortable interacting with the public Ability to work independently and as part of a team Professional and customer-focused approach
No Experience Required:
This is an entry-level position designed for candidates looking to gain experience in: Event marketing Community outreach Fundraising Promotions Public relations Customer service Communications Leadership development Previous experience in retail, hospitality, sales, customer service, events, or volunteer work is helpful but not required.
