Event Assistant (Promotional Sales Team) No Experience Needed ~ Training Provided We are supporting a successful company in Riverside, CA, who is launching a new expansion to the area. Currently, they are seeking a dedicated Promotional Events Assistant to join their team and contribute to the success of their upcoming events.

Promotional Events Assistant Role Overview:
As a Promotional Events Assistant, you will become part of a team of creative, energetic, and ambitious individuals. Together, we execute a diverse range of promotional events throughout the region with the aim of expanding the customer base for well-known, reputable brands. You'll have the opportunity to work alongside seasoned professionals in the events industry and contribute your energy and ideas to make each event a roaring success.
Promotional Events Assistant Responsibilities:
Assist in event logistics, including venue setup, decorations, signage, and equipment. Collaborate with the team to deliver and promote event-related materials to attendees. Build and maintain relationships with clients by understanding their needs, providing relevant information about products or services, and addressing any concerns they may have. Support customers and ensure a seamless and welcoming experience for attendees. Work closely with the sales and marketing team. Engage with attendees, addressing inquiries and providing information with a friendly and professional demeanor. Effectively close sales by demonstrating the value of products or services and overcoming any objections from clients. Upsell promotional products and complete sales transactions as needed. Contribute to post-event activities, such as gathering feedback and compiling sales reports.
Requirements:
Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, or customer service is a bonus, but not essential as comprehensive training is provided. Why Join the
