Event Coordinator / Administrative Assistant Full-Time | Professional Office Environment | Immediate Interviews A growing organization is seeking a highly organized and energetic Event Coordinator / Administrative Assistant to join its team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys planning events, coordinating logistics, and supporting daily office operations in a fast-paced environment. We're looking for a proactive professional who can manage multiple projects, communicate effectively with clients and vendors, and keep both events and office operations running smoothly.Job Type:
Full-Time Schedule:
Monday-Friday, Day Shift (occasional evenings or weekends for events may be required)Start Date:
Immediate What You'll Do Coordinate and manage event logistics from planning through completion Schedule meetings, appointments, and event timelines Communicate with clients, vendors, venues, and event staff Assist with event setup, breakdown, and on-site coordination as needed Prepare contracts, proposals, event materials, and correspondence Perform data entry and maintain organized files and event documentation Answer phones, respond to emails, and provide exceptional customer service Order office and event supplies while maintaining inventory Support office operations with administrative and clerical duties Assist leadership with special projects and day-to-day administrative tasks What We're Looking For Previous event coordination, administrative, hospitality, or office experience preferred Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Strong written and verbal communication skills Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and general office software Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines and adapt to changing schedules Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Flexible availability for occasional evening or weekend events Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Why Join?
