Key Responsibilities:
The Event Planning Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing group events contracted by the Sales team while delivering an exceptional client experience from pre-planning through event completion. The ideal candidate will be proactive, solutions-oriented, and committed to building strong client relationships by anticipating needs and resolving challenges with professionalism and the highest commitment to luxury service. Duties will include but are not limited to: Coordinate and plan meetings, events, and group functions Serve as the primary contact for clients throughout the event planning process Administer sales agreements, detailing food and beverage, audiovisual, and event requirements Work closely with Sales, Operations, Culinary, and other departments to ensure successful event execution Communicate event details, timelines, and special requests to all relevant teams Conduct site tours for groups and clients Monitor events and address client needs or concerns Maintain accurate event records, contracts, and documentation in Hyatt systems Review and reconcile event billing with clients and the Finance team Manage room blocks and billing instructions Attend and lead event planning and group resume meetings Meet or exceed annual revenue and service goals Other duties as assignedSalary:
Starting salary range is $65,000 - $90,000 plus bonus eligibility, depending on experience.Benefits:

Previous event planning or event coordination experience, luxury setting preferred Strong communication, problem solving, organizational, and computer skills Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed Self-motivated with commitment to delivering exceptional guest and client experiences Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team-oriented environmentBenefits
