Ankeny, Iowa Primary Duties and Responsibilities Communicate a passion for Faith Baptist Bible College and a heart for working with college students. Coordinate the details and staff necessary for an established year-round schedule of recruiting events. Assist the Director of Admissions and Alumni Coordinator with new recruiting events Work with the Director of Admissions and Communications Department to promote Admissions Events. Work with Guest Relations Coordinator to recruit and train paid and volunteer student events staff Serve as support for Guest Relations on an as needed basis. Maintain the inventory of equipment and supplies for Admissions Events. Facilitate attendee registration, payment, and contact details through software management system Element 451. Fill in as needed with as Admissions support and other jobs as needed.
