Job Description

Banquet Coordinator - Full-Time Julia's Banquet Center is seeking a client-focused, detail-oriented Banquet Coordinator to lead the planning and execution of weddings, banquets, and special events. This role works closely with clients from the planning stages through event completion, coordinating the details that bring each event together and ensuring a smooth, memorable experience for clients and their guests. What You'll Do Coordinate weddings, banquets, and a variety of special events from planning through execution Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and event details Develop and manage event timelines, logistics, and key details Coordinate with vendors and internal team members to keep events organized and on schedule Serve as a primary point of contact for clients throughout the planning process Oversee event execution and respond quickly when plans or circumstances change Ensure clients and guests receive professional, attentive service throughout their experience Schedule & Expectations Full-time position Weekday office hours for planning, coordination, and client meetings Required availability for event execution, primarily Friday and Saturday evenings, particularly during wedding season Schedule may vary based on the event calendar Julia's Banquet Center remains open to the public on Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, and Mother's Day, and availability to work these holidays is required What We're Looking For Highly organized with strong attention to detail Friendly and professional with a positive, client-focused approach Strong written and verbal communication skills Able to manage multiple events, deadlines, and priorities Calm, solutions-focused, and adaptable when plans change Comfortable working in a fast-paced event environment Dependable and able to take ownership of responsibilities from start to finish Passionate about creating memorable experiences for clients and their guests Compensation $20-25, depending on experience and qualifications.

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
