We're looking for an energetic, organized, and people-focused Field Events Assistant to help support our growing events program and represent our brand throughout the community. Schedule:
Tuesday through Saturday, including some evenings and weekends based on event schedules. Why You'll Love This Role Career growth with opportunities to advance into leadership Represent a nationally recognized brand at community events Competitive hourly pay plus performance bonuses A mix of hands-on event support and event coordination Make a direct impact by helping generate homeowner interest and supporting company growth What You'll Do Assist the Events Manager with planning, coordinating, and executing community events, home shows, retail events, and promotional activities Help organize event logistics including venues, permits, equipment, staffing, and event setup Set up, tear down, and maintain event displays to ensure a professional appearance Represent Renewal by Andersen at community events by greeting homeowners, answering questions, and creating a positive brand experience Support Brand Ambassadors and event staff during events Track event supplies, schedules, and performance metrics Assist with post-event reporting and administrative tasks Travel to event locations throughout the local area as needed What We're Looking For Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, events, marketing, or a similar role preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organization and time management skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to lift and move event materials and work outdoors during community events Proficiency with Microsoft Office Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to lift up to 75 lbs Must pass a standard background check Preferred Qualifications Experience with event marketing, community outreach, or lead generation Experience coordinating events or promotional activities Familiarity with CRM or event management software Experience tracking goals or performance metrics Why Renewal by Andersen?
