This autonomous, standalone role owns the strategic growth of the membership pipeline, orchestrates event bookings—including boutique weddings—and oversees daily club operations. The ideal candidate blends high-level sales and business acumen with a hands-on execution style to champion our brand, maximize profitability, and curate an elite experience for members and event clients alike.
Strategic Leadership & Revenue Generation Membership Acquisition:
Architect and execute data-driven sales strategies to source, pitch, and onboard individuals and corporate members.
Event Sales Portfolio:
Drive the full sales lifecycle for corporate gatherings, upscale social events, and boutique weddings from lead generation to final contract negotiation.
Retention Planning:
Design and implement comprehensive member engagement programs, feedback loops, and exclusive networking events to maintain a thriving community.
Financial Stewardship:
Manage the club's revenue streams, oversee budget allocation, track membership dues, and deliver financial performance reports directly to ownership.
Operational Excellence & Execution Club Governance:
Oversee daily club environments, member amenities, and administrative operations to ensure an upscale, flawless daily experience.
End-to-End Event Production:
Serve as the primary planner and coordinator for internal club functions, private parties, and intimate wedding days, physically managing logistics from setup through breakdown.
Brand Advocacy:
Act as the primary face and voice of the club within the Wichita business community, leveraging personal networks to elevate the club's profile as a premier event destination.
Vendor & Partner Management:
Negotiate and manage relationships with external wedding planners, caterers, florists, and partners to ensure premium service delivery.
Candidate Qualifications Experience:
7+ years of progressive leadership experience in private clubs, luxury hospitality, boutique wedding venues, or high-end event sales.
Standalone Capability:
Proven track record of operating successfully in decentralized or standalone roles with minimal supervision.
Executive Presence:
Exceptional communication, public speaking, and contract negotiation skills, with a polished demeanor suited for C-suite clientele and bridal parties.
Systems Proficiency:
High competence in CRM architectures, membership management platforms, financial tracking software, and digital marketing tools.
