Live music, entertainment, private and community events We're hiring an Event Coordinator to join our Louisville team and support a varied calendar of events throughout the year. Our schedule includes live music, entertainment, private functions and larger public events. Some are regular fixtures, while others are one-off projects that require more planning. You'll work with the wider events team to keep the practical details organised and make sure everyone involved has the information they need. Your Week The workload will depend on what's happening across the event calendar.Typical responsibilities include:
Updating event schedules and timelines Coordinating with venues, suppliers and performers Confirming bookings and event requirements Preparing run sheets and event information Organising equipment, signage and materials Keeping guest lists and registrations updated Supporting venue setup and event days Communicating schedule changes to relevant teams Following up with suppliers before events Completing event administration afterwards What We Need Previous experience in events, hospitality, music venues, entertainment or coordination would be useful, although we'll consider other relevant backgrounds. You should be organised, reliable and comfortable speaking with different people throughout the day. You'll also need to manage several deadlines at once and adjust when event plans change. Good computer skills and attention to detail are important. Working Hours This is a full-time, on-site Event Coordinator position based in Louisville. Most planning and administration takes place during weekday hours. Some evening and weekend availability will be required when supporting scheduled events. Training will be provided on our internal systems, event processes and supplier procedures.Pay:
