Working closely with a collaborative, close-knit team of three under hands-on leadership, you will partner directly with program teams to translate organizational goals into seamless, high-impact events.
salary:
$35 - $40 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 7 AM - 4

High SchoolResponsibilities Direct all operational phases for assigned events, including registration, speaker coordination, run-of-shows, and travel logistics. Lead live operations for both in-person and virtual/hybrid convenings, ensuring technical setups and logistics run without friction. Draft vendor contracts, manage logistics budgets, process expense reports, and complete post-event financial reconciliation in accordance with internal policies. Serve as the main point of contact for internal staff, external partners, speakers, and vendors across all phases of event planning and execution. Support cross-departmental initiatives, help build process documentation, and optimize workflows in project management software. Partner with senior team members to support large-scale, high-visibility flagship convenings.
