Saphire Event Group is seeking Part-Time Event Managers to join our team. This role is ideal for experienced event professionals looking for 1-2 shifts per week , primarily on weekends, in a fast-paced, high-end event environment.

What You'll Do:

Serve as the on-site lead for events, ensuring timelines, staffing, and guest experience run smoothly Coordinate with vendors, bartenders, and event staff Act as the primary point of contact for clients during events Troubleshoot issues calmly and professionally in real time Ensure policies and service standards are upheld throughout the event

1-2 shifts per week Weekends Seasonal and year-round opportunities available

Prior event management or hospitality experience preferred Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to stay organized and composed in a fast-paced setting Reliable, professional, and guest-focused
