Sales & Events Manager | The Drew Hotel | Plymouth, MA Bring Your Energy. Help Launch Something New in Plymouth. The Drew is looking for a vibrant, energetic Sales & Events Manager who is excited to take on a new role at a brand-new hotel in Plymouth. This is an opportunity for someone who thrives on building relationships, creating memorable experiences, and helping shape something special from the very beginning. We're looking for someone who brings personality, enthusiasm, and fresh ideas to the table - someone energized by the opportunity to help launch a new property, establish its presence in the Plymouth community, and grow its sales and events business from the ground up. About The Drew The Drew brings a fresh boutique hospitality experience to Plymouth, combining thoughtful design with access to everything that makes the destination special - the harbor, local dining, historic attractions, shops, and the energy of downtown. As part of the opening team, the Sales & Events Manager will have a unique opportunity to help establish The Drew's sales culture, build local partnerships, and shape how groups, weddings, celebrations, retreats, and corporate guests experience the hotel. About Lark Hospitality The Drew is proudly part of Lark Hospitality, a collection of thoughtfully curated boutique hotels and inns throughout the United States. Key Responsibilities Manage sales inquiries, leads, and bookings from initial contact through execution Develop wedding, social, corporate, and group business for a newly opening property Create proposals, contracts, correspondence, and sales materials Serve as a primary point of contact for clients throughout the planning process Build strong relationships with local businesses, planners, organizations, and community partners Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure successful event and group execution Maintain accurate records within Tripleseat and other sales platforms Assist with room blocks, group logistics, and guest accommodations Support follow-up communication and lead-conversion efforts Help establish sales processes and standards as part of The Drew's opening team Provide weekly reporting to the Property General Manager and Regional Sales Manager Serve as an on-site leader and collaborative member of the hotel team Qualifications Detail-oriented, self-motivated professional with a passion for hospitality, sales, and events Minimum of 2-4 years of progressive experience in hospitality, sales, events, or a related field Proven ability to manage client relationships and convert leads into business Knowledge of hotel sales, group business, weddings, and event operations Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail Natural leader who works effectively across departments Strong communication, organization, judgment, and problem-solving skills Self-directed, adaptable, and consistently positive Excited by the opportunity to help launch and grow a new hotel Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs Why You'll Love Working Here Be part of a brand-new hotel opening and help shape the guest experience from day one Help build The Drew's sales and events program from the ground up • Work in the heart of historic and coastal Plymouth• Build relationships with local restaurants, businesses, wedding professionals, and community partners Join a supportive, collaborative team within Lark Hospitality Grow professionally as The Drew establishes itself as a new Plymouth destination Apply Today If you're excited about hospitality, sales, events, and the opportunity to help launch something special in Plymouth, we'd love to hear from you.
