VPA Assistant Coordinator of Public Programming
DEPARTMENT

4-6 Hours per week
General Statement of Duties/Responsibilities:
Assist Coordinator of Public Programming in PR and Marketing for VPA Oversee box office staff training and scheduling, and supervise staff during box office hours. Oversee box office operations including ticket sales, concession sales, cash reconciliation and sales reports Maintenance of a clean, friendly box office suitable for customer service and POS marketing. Organize front of house during performances. Other duties as assigned.

Previous customer service experience preferred The ability to be self-directed preferred
