About the Role We are looking for kind and reliable Event Staff and Heat Press Operators to help us run a branded wine event on September 22nd, 2026. This position is great for someone with hands-on skills who can help set up the event and then operate a heat press machine for attaching patches to a tote bag. Shift Schedule Breakdown (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM) 3:00 PM - 6:30 PM | Setup & Load-In Placing product displays, arranging tables/decor, unboxing materials, and getting stations ready for guest arrival. 6:30 PM - 9:30 PM | Live Event Execution Running guest-facing stations, greeting attendees, capturing photo moments, and directing line flow. 9:30 PM - 11:00 PM | Strike & Reset Striking decor, packing up leftover product, and resetting the venue space back to original condition.

Key Responsibilities Hands-On Setup/Strike:

Work physically as part of a team to unpack, stage decor/product, and strike the event cleanly at the end of the night.

Operate A Heat Press:

With the help of a line/guest, manager, use a heat press machine to attach patches to a tote bag where guests have indicated. Dress on

Brand:

Come in jeans and white shoes/sneakers (toes must be fully covered) and be ready to wear our branded ambassador shirt for the event. Who We're Looking For

Events Background:

You have clear communication skills and know how to keep a smile during a little live chaos. Please note if you have previous event experience.

Proactive & Friendly:

You step up when things get busy and keep guest experiences smooth and enjoyable.

Physical Capability:

Ability to lift 25lbs and assist with set-up and tear-down (lifting boxes, placing light decor/staging, and standing for the duration of the shift).
