In this role, you will be the driving force behind creating memorable dining experiences by expertly setting up, preparing, and maintaining catering events. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment where your skills in food handling, guest relations, and event setup will shine. Duties Prepare and set up catering areas according to event specifications, ensuring all tables, linens, utensils, and serving stations are pulled according to the required BEO (Banquet Event Order. Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and maintaining hygiene standards throughout the event. Support beverage service including drink service (Non- Alcoholic), and ensuring guests' needs are met with professionalism. Break down event setups after completion, ensuring all equipment and supplies are properly stored or cleaned. Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional guest relations and ensure smooth event flow from start to finish. Maintain a clean, organized work environment adhering to food safety regulations and sanitation protocols. Must be able to lift 20 lbs or more Must be able to walk up and down flights of steps. Must be available most weekends during holiday season Experience Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality setting is highly preferred. Culinary experience or banquet experience preferred Experience with food handling, serving, and beverage service Prior experience working in fine dining or catering environments will help you excel in this role. Pay:
