Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, 40 hours/weekPay:
$25-$27/hr About the Role In this role, you'll play a key part in bringing meetings, events, and presentations to life, while supporting the back-end tracking and reporting that keeps everything running smoothly. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to plan and execute both internal and external healthcare meetings and events, working with vendors, sourcing venues, and managing the full event lifecycle from planning through post-event close-out. What You'll Do Strategically plan and execute internal and external healthcare meetings and events Collaborate with Product Marketing, Clinical Marketing, Product Development, Global Communications, and other key stakeholders to meet business objectives Work with vendors to design and create event elements supporting program goals Lead venue sourcing to match meeting space and specifications to each program's needs Manage post-event activities including invoice processing, internal cross-charging, financial summaries, and attendee evaluations Coordinate reporting metrics to ensure compliance and identify areas for continuous improvement Manage registration processes, event communications, physician contracting, program logistics, and post-program close-out Build and maintain infrastructure for tracking and reporting using CRM and other digital tools Support process integrity, systems monitoring, and data collection for the team Partner with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure events comply with relevant regulations, including the Sunshine Act and other governing legislation Utilize approval systems as required for event approvals, physician contracting, and engagement tracking What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree required Strong organizational and project management skills Excellent communication skills and adaptability Experience managing high-profile audiences and attendees Experience managing CRM tools and databases Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft tools A proactive, "let's figure it out" mindset — comfortable building processes from scratch rather than following prescribed onesPay:
$25.00 - $27.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per weekBenefits:
