Event Manager

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Event Manager to oversee the management of various events. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, along with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and attention to detail to ensure successful events that meet client expectations. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service throughout the event, catering to the needs of the client and their guests. Coordinate vendor drop offs, set up, and drop offs. Manage on-site operations during events, including staff coordination and troubleshooting any issues that arise. Ensure vendors, guests, clients adhere to rules during event and manage all issues that arise. Restock areas during the event. Walk the venue with planner to assess policies are adhered to and to check for damage. Open and Close the gate and secure the venue. Conduct post-event evaluations to assess success and identify areas for improvement. Requirements Proven experience in event management or a related field, with a strong understanding of event planning processes. Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable contracts and partnerships. Exceptional time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Outstanding communication skills for effective interaction with clients, vendors, and team members. Highly organized with a keen eye for detail in all aspects of event planning. Experience in banquet operations or catering is preferred. Background in hospitality or restaurant management is advantageous.
