Tasks Involved:
Event Coordinator Assistant Join Our Team! We are a growing event venue seeking an organized, energetic, and customer-focused Event Coordinator Assistant to oversee and coordinate a variety of events, including: Weddings Corporate Events Birthday Parties Bridal & Baby Showers Public & Community Events Private Celebrations Responsibilities Meet with clients to understand their vision and event needs. Plan, coordinate, and oversee events from booking through completion. Manage event timelines, vendor coordination, and event setup. Ensure exceptional customer service before, during, and after each event. Communicate with vendors, caterers, decorators, DJs, photographers, and other event professionals. Coordinate venue staff and ensure events run smoothly. Handle event logistics, scheduling, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. Conduct venue tours for prospective clients and assist with bookings. Qualifications Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, wedding coordination, or venue management preferred. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong communication and customer service abilities. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as events require. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills. Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems quickly. Compensation:
