Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements to ensure comfort and satisfaction Provide attentive food and beverage service, including serving drinks, handling food presentation, and maintaining cleanliness at tables Assist with food preparation, setup, and breakdown of event spaces to ensure smooth operations Buss tables efficiently by clearing dishes and resetting areas for subsequent guests Support bartenders by managing drink orders, refilling supplies, and ensuring proper beverage service protocols Uphold food safety standards by handling food properly and adhering to hygiene regulations Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for order processing and payment transactions Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized environment that meets hospitality standards Assist in catering setups and breakdowns for various events while ensuring guest satisfaction Engage with guests professionally to foster positive relations and address any concerns promptly Experience Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality settings is highly desirable Culinary experience or banquet experience is preferred but not mandatory Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent guest services in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of wine, beverages, or fine dining service enhances suitability for this role Experience with food handling, serving techniques, and beverage service protocols Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills for order management Background in catering or hotel service environments is advantageous Strong communication skills coupled with a professional demeanor are essential Prior restaurant experience or coffee shop background can provide valuable foundation for success This opportunity is ideal for individuals passionate about hospitality who thrive on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
